Prior to working with Kiera i was so lost, suicidal and my body couldn't regulate the ebbs & flows of life. I felt resistance at the thought of financially investing in myself, but i made a decision that i was deserving of the change that i needed! I wish i had met Kiera sooner, but i trust in divine timing.
The first 3 months we deep dived to get to the root of the trauma and 6 months on i don't even recognise that version of myself although i am so grateful for her because if i wouldn't have experienced the pain, i wouldn't have been granted the wisdom and love that Kiera helped transmute those experiences into!

I don't know how she does it but working with Kiera has enabled me to see that sometimes you just need the right help. After following the lovely Kiera on Instagram for a while I felt called to work with her, the opportunity and deep desire for better came to me and we did the S.H.E. Method with lots of other practices too. Kiera is a multi-faceted being and coach and in my words a magician, she really hones and embodies her skills whilst expanding her knowledge even further. (When you work with her you will experience exactly what I mean, shifts every session every week.)
In my opinion, working with someone that practices what they teach is something very important when deciding on working with a coach. She leads you to the answers within you in the most loving, skilled and informative of ways, showing you within every session that you always knew what is being shown to you which has also helped my confidence massively.
After wanting to delve into shadow work and let go of past trauma, I now feel a bigger and better sense of self belief and a genuine love for myself which I show myself everyday with the routines Kiera has helped me to incorporate and with a deeper connection to my spirituality that will now forever grow with the tools I have learned within our container.
I also had my birth chart explained to me which has been eye opening to me going forward on my journey, showing me what I need to keep an eye out for and what my array of strengths are.
